    Quaerens: Journal of Theology and Christian Studies is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes research articles, theoretical studies, and scientific papers on Christian theology and Christian ministry. The journal is published by the Widya Agape School of Theology and the Indonesian Christian Theologians Association, with the number ISSN: 2722-0753 (online), ISSN: 2722-0869 (print), and publication number 75/SU.KET/PTAKI/2023. The scope of the research includes Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, Christian Ethics, Christian Mission, and Comparative Religions. The journal has been accredited by the Indonesian government with SINTA 2 status, under accreditation number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025, on March 21, 2025. Quaerens: Journal of Theology and Christian Studies receives articles from lecturers and practitioners of theology who are experts in their fields, from theological institutions both within and outside the country. Articles that meet the requirements will be evaluated for eligibility by reviewers who are experts in their fields through a double-blind review process.

  • Journal of Religious and Socio-Cultural

    The Journal of Religious and Socio-Cultural (JRSC) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Widya Agape School of Theology, in cooperation with the Indonesia Christian Theologians Association (ICTA) number 107/SU.KET/PTAKI/2023 and Relawan Jurnal Indonesia (RJI). It is published biannually in May and November with e-ISSN: 2808-1595. JRSC is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia (Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024, October 15, 2024; SINTA 5). The Journal of Religious and Socio-Cultural was first published in Vol. 1, No. 1 (2020). All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both the reviewers’ and authors’ identities remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process.

    SERVIRE: Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (SERVIRE: Journal of Research and Community Service), e-ISSN: 2809-137X, is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that provides an international scholarly platform for advancing impact-driven, evidence-based, and interdisciplinary research on community engagement and service. The journal is published by the Research and Community Service Department (LPPM) of the Widya Agape School of Theology, in collaboration with the Indonesian Christian Theologians Association (ICTA) under registration number 106/SU.KET/PTAKI/2023, and is a member of the Indonesian Journal Volunteer Network (Relawan Jurnal Indonesia – RJI). SERVIRE has been accredited at the SINTA 4 level (No. 72/E/KPT/2024, dated April 1, 2024).


    SERVIRE integrates diverse fields—including the social sciences, humanities, education, religion, science and technology, health, and environmental studies—to address complex and interconnected community challenges. The journal emphasizes the application of academic knowledge to real-world contexts through research-based community engagement and service. While rooted in the Indonesian context as a primary site of inquiry, SERVIRE actively engages with global perspectives and comparative insights, positioning local experiences within broader international discourses on community engagement and social transformation. The journal particularly values contributions that demonstrate participatory, context-sensitive, and sustainable approaches, highlighting collaborative knowledge production between academics and communities.


    SERVIRE welcomes high-quality applied research and community service articles employing approaches such as Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Community-Based Research, service learning, and other applied or action-oriented frameworks. The journal also accepts studies utilizing qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, provided they demonstrate clear relevance to community engagement and societal impact. It is published biannually, in April and October, ensuring the timely dissemination of rigorous and globally relevant scholarship that contributes to community empowerment, sustainable development, and social transformation.
